About Yoga & Beauty with Vashti

I teach hatha yoga, hot yoga, hiit Pilates and I am in the process of finishing off my Pilates matt 1&2, pre and post natal and small equipment.
I love making people feel lighter, looser and more grounded, utilizing breathe and poses that help to guide you there.
I'm also doing mobile massages and facials in the comfort of your own home. I'm a practising therapist since 2005, so plenty of experience. I am qualified in aromatheraphy massage, swedish massage, sports injuries, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, facials, manicures and pedicures.
For the summer all the classes will be outdoors and will change weekly as it's weather dependant.

You are not able to do do the stretching on your own as good as when you are guided by a professional. Vashti is a warm and friendly person, and each class is like heaven for you're mind and body.
